Spiritual Healing

Let us begin with the term “healing.” Healing is the process of seeing through the veils of illusion. Behind the veils we find the illusion was the thought, belief, or idea that we ever needed to healed in the first place (Like when Dorothy un-covers the Wizard of OZ by pulling back the curtains). It is seeing “the truth.” Behind the veils we see that we are whole, healthy, abundant, and radiant beings of light and love. Once we see this in ourselves clearly – we will automatically see it in every living being we encounter. Our work then, is to see it in ourselves first and foremost.

To begin the process of healing we must be committed to un-covering the veils (the false beliefs, ideas, and thoughts) to see the truth. When we see it, healing happens in an instant. It can take a lifetime or one second to get to it. It’s really up to you and the agreements your soul has that determines how long it will take. The most important thing to do is set the intention for healing to occur, and the second most important thing is to allow it to happen. By “allowing” I mean that you get out of the way. You make the choice to trust that you will see through the veils and know for certain that you were always healed in the first place. If you are “trying” to get there, it is very likely to elude you. However, if you’re “willing” to see it, then you will.

Now let me address the term “spiritual.” Spiritual can be a tricky word in today’s society. It brings up many different things, for many different people. I see spiritual as going within to un-cover the veil and see the god essence that is present. You may call it God, Spirit, Energy, The Universe, Allah, Buddha, Krishna, Yahweh, Vedanta, Vishnu, and the list goes on. It matters not what you call it, what matters is the essence of what “it” is. Words only point to “it.” “It” being the all that is, that resides in all of us, that contains all “the stuff” that we are all made up of. We are essentially made up of the same stuff. Energy is never destroyed, it only changes form. The energy that is currently You, will never be destroyed, it will only change form. This is a scientific law of the universe. So, spiritual is quite literally everywhere, whether you believe it or not.

This brings us to Spiritual Healing. Spiritual Healing is the process of going within to un-covering the veils of illusion and seeing our Devine essence as the light, beauty, and love that we already are, and always were, and to quite simply see it, acknowledge it, appreciate it, honor it, and bless it, within ourselves. It begins within. There are many ways and many paths on this journey. No one path is the “right way.” It is “right” according to your agreement with your soul and the lessons it came to learn on this planet. Spiritual Healing will occur when you and your soul agree together, to make the choice to see it. It happens in an instant. It can take a lifetime, or a second to get there, but once you see it you will never see yourself, other people, places or things the same again.

Healing In Moments...

I have just spent a week teaching yet another incredible group of people.

It amazes me how the right people come at the right time, sharing something within them - that is now ready to be bought to the light for healing.

On day one the Angels showed me that the group had no or little Self Worth and this was something that they needed to recognise and heal together during their time with me - how that would occur - I had no idea. I just had to trust and allow the guidance to come when the time was right.

The third day started all a bit out of sorts - the Angels were trying to communicate with me, while I was trying to get the children to school so that I could return an be prepared for the day ahead. Eventually I found a moment to write down their message to the group -

What is "worth"? Worth is value. To have no self worth is to have no self value. Ask yourself child why you do not value yourself - do you compare yourself to others - for comparison is not love. You are beauty in our eyes and it is time to let that beauty shine. You are not valued on the quantity or quality of your material possessions, or prosperity , your value is not what you have or do but who you are.-

Others cannot value you if you do not value yourself.

The Angels then gave "tips" to the group to practice such as recognising their own qualities and being grateful for them, nurturing and loving oneself, giving oneself permission to do the things that fill them with love - such as dancing, walking, painting ..

The day then still continued to proceed against "schedule" - with mediations bought forth for the group - and then most exciting of all - I was "asked" to give the group the "box of treasures" I have full of sticking gems, feathers and glitter galore- they were to create a beautiful affirmation card to display where they could read it - and feel it - the affirmation given was "I see the magnificence in me ".

It was a gift to be part of this moment - some struggled to write those words - other were given freedom - others were healed just by being "allowed" to be messy on my lounge carpet!

By Day 5 - the feeling of Self worth had left the group -

I know I talk to you alot of time *smile* but in this week, a group of amazing people did not measure time and therefore had no self placed restrictions on how long they thought their self worth issues would take to heal - we can so easily assume that an issue may take weeks, months even years to heal but that is our own judgement and restriction - why take years when it can take only moments?

I also learnt that routines have to be broken to allow in the new - when we have routine that again is a restriction - as a teacher and mother I need to be flexible - to allow in the guidance and support I ask for.

I want to close these thoughts now with a little story that happened last week -

My brother has been finding it a little difficult to move on from the memories of his childhood - and I know I cannot make him see though my eyes but I wanted to say something - just one thing that would help him to see "differently" so that he could move forwards -

The Angels then spoke through me, to him in a way that he could understand-

Imagine you are a child sitting on your parents bed and they are having a party - the room is dark and people are just chucking their coats on the bed - in the darkness- not realising you are there - you end up covered in layers of peoples' coats, not knowing which one is which. Each coat holding it's own belief system.

You then spend time - maybe the rest of your life - but a journey of finding out who each coat belongs to and handing it back - that coat and all it's belief and resposiblitys that you have carried - back to it's rightful owner.

You are then left - naked and vulnerable but in that vulnerability is purity, truth and most importantly YOU.

Even now as I type my eyes are filling up again - that message held so much love, wisdom and in it's simplicity - healing.-

We need to be honest with ourselves to heal and I mean HONEST - not critical - just honest - really look at YOU and see if you are still wearing coats that do not fit or were never even yours.

And this my friends may take moments or weeks - the measurement and restrictions of time need not exist, just as they do not in Heaven - the choice is yours x

Energetic Healing

Energetic Healing is based on quantum physics. From that point of view, any disease, emotional disturbance, conflict or mental problem can be defined as a disruption or distortion within the informational energy field.

Energetic healing aims towards correcting dissonance within the information field of the body that enables the body to heal itself naturally. Besides addressing health problems, energetic healing can also be used for the prevention of health problems by detecting problems in the energetic field before they materialize physically. Problems that easily manifest as bodily symptoms are negative thought forms, conflicts or emotional disorders.

Energetic healing uses a broad spectrum of healing modalities from western and eastern traditions. Among them are body movements, breathing techniques, acupuncture, toning, overtone chanting, tuning fork vibrations, light frequencies, creative expression and affirmations.

Energetic healing addresses body, mind and spirit as an integrated unit, rather than treating any of these levels separately.

Energetic healing zooms right into the core of the problem shifting the energetic patterns that keep physical symptoms, destructive emotions, life-depleting habits and negative thought forms in place. It’s like working on the stone that you throw into water rather than working on the ripples that the stone creates on the water.

Energetic healing works with wave patterns that reach beyond time and space. Therefore, you can use it for distant or remote healing. Personal presence is not required to benefit fully from it.

Are you wondering how that works?

This is possible because underneath the reality that we are used to see, there is a deeper level of existence that extends itself beyond time and space. Quantum physicists call this reality the quantum field or a holomovement.

Eastern tradition knew about it as the giant web in which each one has an important role to play. Each person makes a difference, be it good or bad.

We all have the capacity to pick up information from a field of knowledge that is invisible to our eyes. If you are sitting in a room and you suddenly get the idea that you should water the plants, you are actually picking up information from the plants.

We call that capacity intuition. It is a capacity of our right brain to perceive information in a holistic, imaginative language. We all have that capacity available but because our educational system strongly focuses on the rational mind we are not trained to use this capacity consciously.

We know from brain research that the brain has a set of filters that only lets that information pass that make sense to us in terms of past experiences. This limited view of reality helps us to stay sane in a world that otherwise would flood and overwhelm us with too much information that is constantly streaming into the brain. With training, you can learn to expand the filters and bring in more awareness.

Just use this day to see how many information you pick up on a fly, kind of half-conscious or as an image or just a knowing. You may be amazed

Ki Energy Healing

KI CONSTITUTION OF HUMAN BEING

KI is not confined to specialized fields such as Oriental medicine, but the whole oriental view of life is based on seeing all of life as ki.

When we consider the human being as a manifestation of ki we can distinguish several stages of ki energy on him

KEK KI (Kek stands for Ketsu or blood) It is our most fundamental ki because it constantly nourishes de body

SHIO-KE salt ki or ki of minerals

MIZU-JE that's the water ki or ki of liquids

DEN KI that literally means "ki of thunder" is the ki of the electricity that runs constantly through our bodies

JI KI that can be translated as the "gathering force " the "attracting power" or the "magnetism"

REI KI that's the ki of the spirit or "the invisible force of the soul"

All these stages of Ki come from SHIN KI or God-ki (the source).

Rei Ki (the ying yang) is born out of Shin Ki, and between ying and yang, Ji Ki (magnetism) arises, and next appears the vibration in the form of electricity (Den Ki) is produced. Then atmosphere water and minerals are formed. We take all these different kinds of energy in the form of food, and transform them into Kek-ki or blood, that nourishes our body.

HOW WE RECEIVE KI ENERGY

Our bodies receive Ki from two different sources:

Ying Ki Energy that comes from the outside world. These energies come from cosmic rays, sun rays, moon rays, humidity, temperature, sound waves, people radiations, etc.

Ying is the centrifugal and expanding force of the Universe. It attracts Yand and it repels Ying.

Yang Ki Energy that comes into our bodies from liquid and solid foods, that are then transformed into blood. The Yang ki feeds organs and tissues and determine their quality .

Yang is the centripetal force of the Universe. It attracts Ying and it repels Yang.

The interaction of these two energies enables our body to function. Both of them are continuously changing into each other: when Yang reaches its extreme, it changes into Ying and vice versa.

Ki es then the activity, the movement, the energy of vibration generated beween the Ying and Yang poles.

YING KI ENERGY HARMONY

It activates and charges our organs. The intensity and quality of the Ying Ki that we receive depends on our Yang Ki.

If we do not move (yang) our body, our Yang Ki looses its yang properties and no longer attracts the Ying ki. Similarly if we constantly over eat, the Yang Ki becomes stagnant and we can't be charged actively by the Ying ki. We might have a good blood quality but over eating and not moving our organs will be charged with a minimal charge.

On the other hand, if we eat very yang food in small amounts we become so charged of Ying ki, that we start to act wild, we shout, we become anger, etc.

As a symptomatic remedy, adjusting Ying Ki by the means of acupuncture can only work in the short term. But for a long term healing, the Yang ki must be normalized.

OUR FIRE NATURE

The japanese word for "human being" is HITO. Hi means sun, and To means spirit or ghost. In other words for the japanese we are "fire ghosts" because they consider that the human body is nothing else than very dense energy, that has the characteristic of continuously create a temperature that's different from its surroundings.

We know now that this "fire mass" is created by millons of cells that have seven main central heting furnaces named The Chakras. And this "fire mass" can only continue to exist if fuel is added from time to time, and our fuel is our food and drink, plus air.

At the moment of deciding what kind of fuel we will use we have several options.

Quick burning fuel that creates a stronger temperature for a short period, or slow burning fuel as the polysaccharides. Slow burning fuel is superior is superior for many reasons and one of them is that one does not need to eat very frequently when consuming slow burning fuel.

We can choose a fuel that needs to be suplied in large amounts (like meat), or fuel that only needs to be suplied in small amounts

We can choose fuel that can be stored easily or which decays rapidly. In ancient times that wasn't even a choice because as they didn't had refrigerators, they had to choose foods which tend to decay slowly when stored for large periods.

We can also choose fuel that leaves residues after being burned (like oil does), or the ones that burn cleanly and completely not producing residues

We must remember that we have seven chakras ant that each one of them needs a different kind of fuel, and if we consume refined foods we will only feed some of them.

And which are the wholesome foods which can be easily stored and which burn slowly, which are sufficient in small amounts, and burn without leaving much residues to give us the healing ki energy? The staple foods of the macrobiotic diet: whole grain, whole vegetables, whole beans and whoe sea vegetables (which has being the diet of most of the human being through world history).

Path to Healing

It is within us to explore and draw upon our inner resources to heal.

Some wounds are embedded so deeply that no amount of professional expertise can cure, much less heal.

A famous Yale surgeon says that as a surgeon,
he cuts into the body, but he can not order the
wound to heal. Ultimately, it is through our efforts
that healing can occur.

The path to healing is a personal choice. It is a path
where you choose to piece together the fragments
and make it" whole" again. It paves the way to
self-discovery, to open the door to your inner self
and experience inner harmony. And ultimately, come to
meet the child within that has longed for your love ,
care and attention. The child within that is forgotten,
pushed to the background, lurks in the shadows,
but patiently waits to be acknowledged.

WHAT NEEDS HEALING?
Childhood trauma:

The imprints of childhood experience is a powerful
force. An expectant mother who lives through a stressful
situation during pregnancy share the burden with
the unborn child. Years ago, domestic matters were
never discussed openly, especially issues about abuse,
violence, neglect , abandonment and other related matters.
Today, society is more aware of the potential or
actual existence of abuse and violence in the home.

Tragic that the innermost and safest sanctuary society
depends upon can be the most dangerous. These are
issues that take its toll on the young victims. They grow
up with wounds, carry them around like a heavy load
on their shoulders. Some never get over their trauma,
it turns up at the most unexpected moment to haunt them;
yet, there are those who are lucky enough to confront
it and use it to propel themselves to a healthier mind,
body and spirit, successful relationships and life itself.

When love is a venom:
How many hearts have known pain all in the name of love.
It invades lives from all walks of life, social status,
add to that race or creed. No one wants to suffer pain,
but it does happen. Healing a broken heart, picking up
the pieces of broken hopes and dreams, suffer the betrayal ,
endure shattered self-image, re-live the haunting
nightmares, the violation of one’s innermost being,
soul and spirit...it can take a lifetime to heal.
The most traumatic of all is the violation that comes
from those who are supposed to provide a nurturing
environment to those who are entrusted to their care.
All in the guise of love.

Grief
The loss of a loved one can be most devastating.
Sometimes one did not have a chance to bid their
last farewell. It was all too sudden.Or one passes
away after a lingering illness, with the relief
that the suffering is over comes the grief of the loss.
At one point and time in one’s life, grief is a reality.

Guilt
Wrong turns, wrong choices, wrong decisions-
we all take wrong turns, make wrong decisions and choices.
This is a human trait, even the saintliest of the
saints has experienced this. We stumble, we fall, but many
of us manage to get up and get on with life. The losses
incurred at times may be life-threatening, or at the cost
of financial comfort and security or worst, relationships
are threatened, lost ,sadly but innocently or unconsciously
someone else has to bear consequences and the sacrifice.
Wearing guilt on your sleeves, in your heart, in your being
invites negative vibrations and digs you deeper into the mire.
Take a look at those sad eyes, the window of the soul ,
and you’ll know. However,this is not a dead-end!

Unfulfilled dreams and hopes
Live your dream, ride on the wings of hope- this will
not always work out. One day you wake up and realize
your dream never materialized and now you languish over
the many years you spent trying to pursue that dream!
All this while, time, opportunities and life passed you by .
Hope can lead to disappointment- realize this. When all
hopes are dashed , what have you got?

PATH TO HEALING:
Healing is a complex matter.
Who has never felt the pains of suffering, be it
physical, mental, emotional, material and spiritual

Even our dear Mother Earth is in desperate need of
healing from the abuse inflicted upon her through man’s
recklessness,negligence and lack of respect.

There are avenues open to healing. One may choose to
spend time with a professional, seek comfort from related
groups, from family, but always, healing has to start
with oneself, from within that deep well of strength .

It takes determination to face up to your dilemma,
but, ultimately,it is most rewarding to regain your personal
power, self-confidence, learn to love yourself and enjoy
that inner peace and calm.It is important to acknowledge
the pain, to recognize the cause, to be able to integrate
the fragmented pieces and be willing to take it to the
next step to be "whole"again. Then, you will be able to
share love and peace with the world once again.

Healing extends beyond the physical state- when the pain
is so deep, the spirit, the soul also bear the pain.
It comes in hauntingly in the dark of the night ,
it fills a once loving heart with venom, it could
ravage a once healthy mind and body. Beneath a once
beautiful and graceful soul is the mask of vengeance.
Venom for venom.

BLOCKS TO HEALING
Sometimes, the path to healing is full of potholes.
Indeed, the path is covered with blocks, where healing
can not be accomplished,it's almost out of reach.

Impediments on the path:
denial, apathy, self-absorption and self-indulgence,
addiction, putting up walls and barriers, busy-bee
syndrome, compartmentalizing, isolation,withdrawal
from society, cynicism, loss of faith, trust and compassion,
self-pity, poor –me syndrome, anger, fear of getting
hurt again, martyr complex, neurosis or psychosis,
aggressive/ oppressive behaviour, confrontational attitude
guilt complex, resignation, loss of motivation.

Sometimes, we hurt those we love most deeply,
likewise, we bear the pain they cause. Time is a
great healer, but don't take the painfully slow
route and miss out on what the world holds for you.
Let life flow for you and with you.

E N D .
